Physical Therapy

Our licensed physical therapists provide education to, and treatment of, patients experiencing acute onsets or flair-ups of various neurological, bone or muscular disorders. After a complete evaluation, and consultation with the client’s physician, they develop a personalized and consistent rehabilitation program utilizing a variety of treatment techniques. When appropriate, our physical therapists provide family or caregiver training to reinforce and enhance the benefits of treatment plan to ensure better and faster recoveries.

 Occupational Therapy

Our licensed occupational therapists provide activities and instruction designed to increase safety and independence in daily living activities as well as functional use of client’s arms and legs.

Speech Therapy

Our certified speech therapists are an integral part of the rehabilitation team, with expertise in management of communication and swallowing disorders.

Medical Social Work

Social work services are a vital component of our home health care program. Social Work covers the following areas: advocacy with community agencies, information about, and referral to, programs such as Meals on Wheels or non-skilled Aide services, counseling and crisis intervention, application for financial assistance with long-term care planning, and placement counseling.
