Our Services
H&Mcare Inc. works directly with clients and their family members to meet the needs of loved ones with complicated diseases, disabilities, and living situations. We typically provide residential caregiving, but we also provide supplemental services for people in facility care who need or want more personal attention. Based in Philadelphia, University City Area, State of Pennsylvania, we care for people primarily in the five-county Philadelphia region.
HOME CARE PLUS
Home care refers to the kinds of day-to-day assistance that medical insurance, including Medicare, and
Medicaid, either does not cover or only covers for a limited time after
an acute aliment or hospital stay.
HOME HEALTH
Our licensed Registered Nurses perform a variety of highly skilled nursing services as directed by the patient’s physician.They are Caregivers and case managers; they teach,advice& coordinate treatment plans with client, family&team members, and communicate with the client’s physician and family members.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
People who need home care, often need related activities, such as grocery shopping, transportation and errands. Our concierge services includes these activities and just about anything else in between our clients need. We employ our own carefully selected social work assistants with diverse educational background and experiences that adheres to our corporate core principlesof helping those in need as if it were our own family and thus helping clients with an array of tailor made services beyond basic personal care.
